The weekend was dedicated to celebrating black excellence, specifically our black excellence. It was meticulously organized by my younger sister, Chardinal Bain. She arranged a stunning Airbnb, arranged for a private wine tasting with a sommelier, and scheduled an intimate early morning yoga session. One of the highlights for me was venturing out onto the water and exploring the bays, where we had the opportunity to see Alcatraz and a variety of creatures in the bay. We were escorted on a winery tour in a private sprinter van and indulged in caviar and champagne.
